Health care is one of the most expensive services that are offered on the market nowadays as the salaries for nurses and doctors are rather high. Actually health care cannot be regarded as service as it is necessity for most people. Thus, health care might not be affordable for everybody.
To make health care more accessible for everybody, even for people with lower income, governments and other institutions are doing as much as possible. Thus, there are different programs that offer affordable health care for children and elderly. That means that children up to a certain age and older people from a certain age can buy drugs with a discount and usually can visit doctors with no fee. In addition, the affordable health care system also consists of free clinics where the care is not only for free for the previously mentioned two age groups, but also for all other people.
As we all know, most of the people in this world are not born with a silver spoon in their mouth but have to struggle and make their own money. Thus, affordable health care is necessary for most of us as with the regular income it is too difficult to pay for all of the health care bills on our own.
