Health care is definitely nothing cheap but it is something necessary. The health care costs depend specifically on the type of care required. Of course the highest costs are in plastic surgery, but that cannot be counted as health care as plastic surgery is usually not a matter of life and death. Furthermore, the highest health care costs are still for surgery, but not for the kind that improves your looks, but the ones that can save your lives.
Another field where there are very high health care costs is the dental care sphere. That is another field where patients cannot escape the costs as we all need teeth for one of the most necessary parts of life, more precisely eating. Of course, governments know that the health care costs for dental works are so high and therefore in many countries they have developed programs to help people with that, some examples are offering children and the elderly free dental care.
If some kind of a illness or an accident that results in physical harm occurs that needs hospital stay, than the health care costs also include the costs of occupying an hospital bed, the meals and the care. So we can say that it is definitely not cheap.
